Have a high quality video consultation with your doctor. Receive your documents, such as e-prescriptions or test requests and medical certificate.
You can also order through NowServing Pharmacy and have your medicine delivered straight to your home. Need home service for your tests? You can book within the NowServing app. We're partnered with Hi-Precision to handle your testing needs. Easily receive your results straight to your NowServing app and your doctor receives the results as well, all automatically.

How to do an online consultation?
Simply book with your doctor and your doctor will call you on the provided schedule via the NowServing app. You simply accept the video call via the NowServing mobile app or via the computer by logging on to NowServing.ph on your computer.
What is an online consultation?
Unlock the convenience of online consultations with our video calls via NowServing. Easily communicate your concerns—exchange messages, share files, or even upload lab results and images of your medical issues.
Do doctors issue Medical Certificates?
Thousands of doctors on NowServing offer their services for consultations and if needed, they may issue a medical certificate upon your request, among other documents.
How long until I get a response to my consultation request?
Doctors on the platform will show their average response time on their page, a majority of them accept within 24 hours, many even within 30 minutes.
Can I book a schedule today?
Though we encourage to book ahead of time, thousands of doctors still accept same-day bookings. The doctor or their staff will be able to block their schedules if they don't accept same-day schedules. They can also let you know if there is an issue with the schedule.
Which HMO’s do you accept?
It will depend on the doctor you are booking with. You will see the HMO pages on our website or via the NowServing app to see the doctors that accept your HMO. We also have existing integrations with the top HMO's in the country, such as Medicard, so you can easily request for an LOA.
Do you issue laboratory requests?
Doctors may issue a laboratory/test request as needed. You can receive it electronically and if you choose to use it with our partner Hi-Precision, you and your doctor receive the results automatically.
Will I get a prescription?
Doctors may issue an e-prescription for you as needed for your condition. The prescription can then be used to order online or through any of the major pharmacies in the Philippines.
Do you accept face to face consultations?
You can definitely book for face to face consultations via the NowServing app. You can easily filter based on location or hospital and get an appointment with your doctor ASAP.
What if I don’t respond within my guaranteed time?
Your appointment request will be automatically cancelled - and if you've already made a payment, don't worry! The system will process the refund to your payment channel right away.
What's the online consultation process?
The online consultation process is practically the same with a face to face consultation, just done online. Once you're done with your consultation, you may receive medical documents, such as prescriptions, from your doctor.
As a guardian, can I handle bookings for multiple patients?
The NowServing app can handle multiple patient profiles. If you want your child to see a pediatrician, you definitely can. If you want to help book an appointment for your grandparent, you can do so as well!
Can I order medicine through NowServing Pharmacy?
Yes! Your NowServing Pharmacist can help you source and deliver medicine, medical equipment, etc to your home or to the home of your loved ones. If there's anything you need, feel free to let your NowServing Pharmacist know!
Do you have home service Laboratory services?
Yes! You definitely can book for a home service laboratory test schedule via the NowServing app. Just upload your test request or select the test you need. Once the results are ready, it will be available for you via the NowServing app.
