How do I do an online consultation?
Once you have a schedule, your doctor will call you on the provided schedule via the NowServing app. You can accept the call via the mobile app or via the computer by logging on to NowServing.ph in your browser.
What is an online consultation?
The online consultation is typically an online video call. You can send text chat and send files during the ongoing call. You can send your lab results or images of your issue to your doctor during the call.

The system will automatically cancel your appointment request and if you made payment, it will automatically be refunded to your payment channel.
Can I invite another person during the online consultation call?
NowServing is capable of doing group calls but please request this from your doctor. Your doctor will be able to share a link to you or to the participant that will join the call.
If I cancel my request for consultation, do I get a refund?
Cancelling a pending appointment request will automatically refund your payment.
Do you accept face to face consultations?
Yes, NowServing was built to handle bookings for both face to face and online consultations. If your doctor enabled face to face bookings, it will show up on their profile and booking page.
I'm currently overseas, do you accept international patients?
Doctors will most likely accept your bookings. It's ultimately up to the doctor to accept your booking if you are currently outside the country.
